Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

  • Some items may not be eligible for international shipping. If this applies, it will be indicated on the product page, or a refund will be made shortly after purchase.

Customs Fees

Customs fees, including import duties and taxes, are determined by the customs authorities of your destination country and are calculated based on the declared value of the goods. These charges may vary depending on the country’s specific regulations.

While the shipping cost for your order is included in your checkout total, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon the package's arrival in your destination country – including Switzerland (as most suppliers are EU based). These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and MercHNest™ is not liable for any delays or fees imposed during the customs clearance process.

We take steps to accurately declare your order’s value, items, weight, and materials to minimize the likelihood of extra charges. However, customs procedures vary by country, and random inspections or assessments can still occur. Most orders are delivered without additional charges, but MercHNest™ cannot guarantee exemption from duties or taxes.

If you have concerns about customs policies in your country, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office for detailed information on potential fees.

Important Notes:

  • Unpaid Customs Fees: Orders with unpaid duties or taxes will be classified as abandoned and will not qualify for a refund.
  • MercHNest™ will not reimburse customers for any customs-related charges or delays.

Lost and Returned Order Policy

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@merchnest.io. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
  • Returned Packages: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

Additional Information or Requirements

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Multiple Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability.

 Shipping Address Requirements

General Guidelines

  • All shipping addresses must be entered exclusively in Latin characters.
  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, while Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters.
  • Accurate shipping details are the customer's responsibility, as MercHNest™ does not provide address validation services.

Delivery to a PO Box

  • PO Box delivery is recommended only within the United States. Shipments to PO Boxes in other countries are at the customer’s risk.
  • Customers must ensure their PO Box can accommodate their order. The largest PO Box size available is 12" x 22.5", so larger products cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
  • Express Delivery is not supported for PO Box addresses. Orders submitted with Express Delivery to a PO Box will default to standard shipping.
  • PO Box addresses should follow this format:
    • First Name: John (matches the name on the box)
    • Last Name: Smith (matches the name on the box)
    • Address 1: PO Box 1776
    • City: Dallas
    • Zip Code: 28034
    • Country: United States

Important Note:
Deliveries to PO Boxes may experience delays or issues, even with correct formatting. We recommend informing customers of these risks upfront. If tracking shows delivery to the provided address, compensation for lost or delayed orders will not be issued.


Shipping to Germany

Home Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, provide the following:

  1. Recipient’s full name (must match the name displayed on the building/apartment).
  2. Street address and house number.
  3. Apartment number (if applicable).
  4. Floor number (optional).
  5. Zip Code.
  6. Country.

Business Addresses: Include the business name on the doorbell or package label for accurate delivery.

Note: Incomplete information, such as missing a last name, may result in a returned shipment without additional delivery attempts.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers (Packstations)

  • Available only for shipments within Germany.
  • Recipients must activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account to use Packstation services.
  • Include the postal number in the “First Name” or “Last Name” field.

Example Format for Packstation Address:

  • First Name: John Smith
  • Last Name: 1234567890 (postal number).
  • Address 1: Packstation 104.
  • City: Dorsten.
  • Zip Code: 46282.
  • Country: Germany.

Shipping to Brazil

  • The recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number is mandatory and must be included on the shipping label.
  • Add the CPF number in Address Line 2 using the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX.
  • Provide the recipient’s phone number for smoother delivery.


Shipping to South Korea

  • Include the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the shipping address.
  • Add the PCCC in Address Line 2 for proper documentation.

Following these guidelines ensures a higher likelihood of successful deliveries and minimizes the risk of delays or returned shipments.
